Card Security:
Your purchases are conducted via a secure network utilizing the latest
encryption technology. We have contracted a leading e-commerce
processor, sparing no expense to insure both your security and ours.
Credit Card Billing Information:
We will not accept and/or process orders that have conflicting
billing and shipping information. In these
cases, we will notify the customer via e-mail so they can call our
sales office and clarify the information before we proceed with it.
Credit Card Shipping Information:
We will not accept and/or process orders that have a different
shipping address than the credit card holders billing address. In
these cases, we will notify the customer via e-mail so they can call
our sales office and clarify the information before we proceed with
it.
Privacy:
We will not share, sell or in any way exchange customer information
with any individual and/or organization. This information will be used
by us solely for the purpose of conducting an e-commerce transaction
between us and our customer. Note: The only instance in which we will
waiver from this policy is in situations where we are required by
law enforcing authorities to provide information due to an alleged
criminal activity and/or violation.
Shipping
and Delivery:
Please read carefully......
Effective immediately, we will be processing/billing orders
once a week - on Wednesdays. This means that if you placed an order
between a Thursday and the following Tuesday, your order will not be
processed until that following Wednesday. Orders coming in during the
day on Wednesday, will be processed that same day up until the cutoff
time of 3:00 p.m.(Texas time). Once approved, these
orders will be shipping out on Fridays. Due to economic conditions, we
must revamp our procedures to stay in business. We hope you understand
and continue to support us in our efforts to make Tejano music
available to fans across the country. As soon as business conditions
warrant a change, we will certainly revamp these procedures to meet
demands.
Additionally, if
we are out of stock on items listed on an order, we will make the
judgment call (and reserve the right) to wait to process the order
until we have the items in stock. We will notify customers of this
decision, giving them the option to cancel the order if they do not
wish to wait.
·All orders are shipped "First
Class Priority".
The delivery timeframe for these orders is 3 business days to most
domestic destinations.
Please bear in mind that the delivery timeframes are the best
estimates posted by our carrier which is the U.S. Postal Service, not
a guarantee.
Note:These
timeframes will vary during weekends and holidays.
Currently, we only ship within the continental U.S. We
do accept orders from military personnel stationed overseas, as
long as the shipping address is an FPO or APO address.
Backorders:
At times, products ordered will be out of stock. These items will be
shipped out as soon as our inventory is replenished.
Usually, these items will be received and shipped out to customers
within 10 business days.
Discontinued Items:
At certain times, labels discontinue items without adequate
notification that would allow us to delete them from our catalog,
before a customer places an order. In situations like these where a
customer orders a discontinued item still posted on our catalog,
we will notify the customer via phone or e-mail of the situation.
At this point, the customer will have the option of either selecting a
different item or requesting a refund or credit.
Return
Policy:
We will accept the return of merchandise based on these conditions:
a. You must notify us via telephone or e-mail to request a return
authorization number.
b. Your request for a return authorization must take place within 48
hours of your receipt of the shipment.
c. The product you wish to return has not been opened or tampered
with.
d. Once we receive the return and the above terms have been met, we
will issue a refund on the product being returned, minus shipping and
handling.
Note: After the 48 hour period, all sales will be final.
We accept the return of damaged and/or defective product based on
these conditions:
a. You must notify us via telephone or e-mail to request a return
authorization number.
b. Your request for a return authorization must take place within 48
hours of your receipt of the shipment.
c. You must return the complete shipment. Example: If you received a
damaged CD you must return the CD, graphic inserts and jewel
case with tray.
d. Returns not meeting these requirements will not be honored.
e. Once the above terms are met, we will reship your new product at no
additional charge to you, as soon as we receive your return.
Sales Tax:
We are a Texas based Company and as such, must add/collect sales tax
for orders shipped within Texas state boundaries.
